You have to accept all the service articles bellow so as to continue to apply:

A. Requirements of Bon Club members

1. Every member shall fully and carefully read and agree with the regulations completely.

2. Every member shall provide detailed and accurate individual information and update it in time, in order to assure an effective and timely communication with Bon Club. All the information originally submitted shall be preserved as registered data.

3. Bon Club shall not disclose any information of users including their names, dwelling places, phone numbers, electronic mailboxes, accounts, unless with the authorization from the users. Bon Club can disclose the private information of the users, if it is demanded with the users through email, or by relevant laws and regulations or needed for grogram service.

4. Every member shall provide accurate, authentic and legal information; otherwise Bon Club is entitled to wind up the member’s right to use the net service.

5. Bon Club is entitled to determine whether the applicant is qualified enough or not to be a member.

6. Users shall agree to accept various kinds of information service provided by Bon Club when regaling himself on the service offered by Bon Club.

B. Privacy system of membership

Respecting the members’ privacy is one of the basic principles in Bon Club, therefore, as a complement to the third point of A mentioned above, Bon Club shall never disclose, compile or reveal any registered information from users or any non-public information preserved in any service provided by Bon Club. Unless on the base of sincerity, Bon Club reckons that to reveal the information is necessary under the circumstances as follows:

( 1 )Abiding by relevant laws and rules, including enquiries by relevant government offices, to provide user’s information contents or issuance time, net-address or domain name on the web-pages of Bon Club.

( 2 )Complying with the service procedure of Bon Club.

( 3 )Taking effort to maintain the privacy security of the individual and the mass under critical circumstances.

( 4 )Other necessary circumstances deemed by Bon Club.

User can accredit Bon Club to send commercial information to user’s email box.

C. Accounts of members, passwords and security

Once you successfully become a member of Bon Club, you shall have a password and an account. You shall carefully keep your account and password secretly. If not, you shall bear all responsibility when any harm happen to you, or the third party of Bon Club. In addition, every user shall be responsible for attending any activity or event by using the account. User shall agree to inform Bon Club at the first time when finding that his account is used illegally or security is revealed.

D. Terminate the service

Users or Bon Club can terminate the service according to the actual situation at any time. Bon Club shall not be responsible for any individual or any third party’s termination of service at any moment. If there is any objection to any service articles or disagreement on the ratification of the article, or disapproval to Bon Club, user has the only rights of recourse as follows:

( 1 )Terminate the service of Bon Club.

( 2 )Terminate the qualification to use the service of Bon Club.

( 3 )Notify Bon Club to stop the service.

When the users’ service is over, the right of users to use Bon Club service shall be terminated immediately. Bon Club shall not bear any duty for users form the time of termination.

E. Laws

Dispute on this agreement, which is approved by both the users and Bon Club, or dispute on using the service provided by Bon Club, shall be handed over to arbitration to solve, whereas Bon Club has the right to turn to lawsuit and choose the jurisdictional court to solve it. If any service clause is against law, this clause shall be interpreted by a way as close as possible, while other clauses are still legally effective to the users.
